Vespers and Divine Liturgy in March
Newsflash:
Fr Theodore Pisarchuk, an Orthodox priest who does missions and evangelism work throughout the southeastern US, will be in Baton Rouge the weekend of March 18-19 to serve Saturday evening Vespers (evening prayer) and Sunday morning Divine Liturgy (mass). He will also be helping us to work towards establishing a mission.
I'll post updates as soon as more information is available regarding time and place. Fr Ted is a priest of the Orthodox Church in America, the oldest Orthodox jurisdiction in the "new world." To learn more about the OCA, visit their website at
